Amendment to Article VIII – Amendments

Per new ruling voted on at the meeting of March 19, 2001

Association Voting Requirements have been amended from 2/3 of the general membership present to a minimum of 50% of the membership present at any meeting. The majority of the votes of those present at the meeting shall be needed for approval.
